ABOUT PANTHER: FLUIDS MANAGEMENT EXPERTS
By combining expert drilling fluids engineering with logistics management, we build and run an efficient fluids management process that helps reduce our customers’ well costs, maintain regulatory compliance, and simplify the administrative burden.
The History of Panther
Panther Fluids Management was founded in 2017 by a group of experienced oilfield services professionals with deep expertise in drilling fluid management. The company was built to deliver high-quality products and solutions while protecting customers’ bottom lines.
Our initial offerings included drilling and completion fluids, production chemicals, solids control services, closed-loop equipment, haul-off and disposal services, and wellsite fluid engineers with hands-on experience in drilling fluid management.
In 2021, we formed The Panther Companies and expanded our rental business.
Today, Panther Fluids serves the entire energy industry with a diverse portfolio of products and services. We help customers improve drilling fluid management, operate more efficiently, improve jobsite safety, maintain regulatory compliance, and simplify the administrative burden.

Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance
ESG refers to the three factors in measuring the environmental and social impact of an investment in a company or business. These three factors, when incorporated into investment analysis and portfolio management can offer investors potential long-term financial performance of a company. Panther has continually integrated each of these factors in every facet of their day-to-day operations to help clients reduce risk and environmental liability.

- Solar power utilized for on-site lighting and security at remote locations
- Closed-loop systems that remove open mud pits at the wellsite and support more effective, efficient drilling fluid management and cleanup
