ABOUT US

By combining drilling fluids engineering with logistics management, we build and run an efficient process to reduce our customer’s well costs, ensure regulatory compliance and simplify the administrative burden.

The History of Panther

Panther Fluids Management was founded in 2017 by a group of experienced oilfield services professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and solutions while protecting our customers’ bottom lines. Our initial products and services included drilling and completion fluids, production chemicals, solids control services, closed-loop equipment, haul-off and disposal services, and wellsite fluid engineers.

In 2021 we formed The Panther Companies, introduced our remote-location security services, and expanded our rental business.

Today, we serve the entire energy industry with a diverse portfolio of products and services.  We help our customers drive efficient operations, improve jobsite safety, maintain regulatory compliance and simplify the administrative burden.

Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance

ESG refers to the three factors in measuring the environmental and social impact of an investment in a company or business. These three factors, when incorporated into investment analysis and portfolio management can offer investors potential long-term financial performance of a company. Panther has continually integrated each of these factors in every facet of their day-to-day operations to help clients reduce risk and environmental liability.

  • Safe and environmentally-sound methods to dispose drill cuttings and fluids
  • Solar power utilized for on-site lighting and security at remote locations
  • Closed-loop systems that remove open mud pits at the wellsite and provide more effective and efficient drilling fluid maintenance and clean up
